🌲 Roots & Heart – Forest Therapy Walk with Cacao 🌿
Step into the calming embrace of the forest on a gentle, guided journey with Certified Forest Therapist Brenda Keachie. As we walk among the trees, you’ll reconnect with your senses, release tension, and find grounding in nature’s rhythms.
We’ll return to Bright Souls Studio, where Monica will guide a warming Cacao Ceremony, opening the heart and integrating the gifts of the forest into your being. This 1.5-hour experience is designed to leave you feeling centered, refreshed, and connected to both yourself and the natural world.
