1:1 One hour of session in person or virtually to assist you in bringing more harmony into your body, mind and soul. Are you working through some life situations, feeling loss, stuck, burned out and need some spiritual guidance. Monica will support you through whatever your currently growing through. The sessions assist souls who need support with but not limited to inner child wounds, reparenting, relationship patterns, toxic relationships, limiting beliefs, feminine (mother) wounds, masculine (father)wounds, trauma healing, chakra balancing, and more. Monica is simply a guide to you healing and transforming yourself so be prepared to integrate and do some soul work in between sessions. Most Appointments there will be a component of some Energy work being done along with the coaching. This all depends on the situation we are working on together and what we are guided to do for your best intention, elevation and how to move you forward. Reiki is an ancient energy healing technique. Reiki is used to balance all aspects of being human: the body, mind and heart. It embraces the concept of the interconnectedness of these aspects.
