Service Description
As winter slowly releases its grip, the body and spirit begin to soften, open, and awaken. Sacred Thaw is a 10-week Yin & Restorative journey designed to help you melt tension, calm the nervous system, and gently transition from the stillness of winter into the renewal of spring. Through long-held yin postures, deeply supportive restorative shapes, breath awareness, and a closing sound bath each session, we will unwind stored stress, release physical and emotional holding, and create space for new energy to emerge. Each week follows a seasonal energetic arc — from deep rest and inner stillness, through softening and emotional release, into circulation, light, and gentle blooming. This is a slow, nourishing practice accessible to all levels. Come as you are — tired, tense, tender, or simply needing space to breathe. Each class includes: * Gentle Yin & Restorative practice * Nervous system regulation & deep relaxation * Seasonal meridian and body focus * Guided stillness and breath * Sound bath integration to close Investment Early Bird Full Series (10 weeks): $111 Drop-In: $15 Let winter melt. Cancellation Policy
Kambo Ceremony Booking Policy Please read carefully before reserving your space for this ceremony. Registration & Payment Full payment is required to secure your spot in the ceremony. Spaces are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis. Health Screening Requirement Kambo is not suitable for everyone. All participants must complete a confidential health intake form prior to attendance. Your space is only confirmed once your form has been reviewed and approved. Cancellation Policy Due to the limited nature of these ceremonies and preparation involved: Cancellations made 7 days or more before the ceremony may transfer payment to a future session. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the ceremony are non-refundable. No-shows or same-day cancellations forfeit payment. Transfers Spaces are non-transferable to another person without prior approval. Arrival Policy Please arrive on time. Late arrival may result in refusal of entry once ceremony has begun, with no refund. Medical Disclaimer Kambo is a traditional cleansing practice and is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Participation is voluntary and at your own responsibility. Right to Refuse Service For the safety of all participants, I reserve the right to decline participation if contraindications, health concerns, intoxication, or unsuitability are present.
