Meet Monica, the visionary creatrix, owner, and operator behind Bright Souls. Monica's journey has been marked by profound challenges, including navigating the dark night of the soul, healing from narcissistic abuse, and bravely transitioning from a 20-year career in nursing while raising five children as a single mom. She is now living the life of her dreams in her purpose to guide souls on their life's transformation with her soul mate and her tribe.
With over 25 years of experience in spiritual ascension, practices, and rituals, Monica has honed her expertise in guiding others on their transformative journeys. Her passion lies in empowering women to reconnect with their inherent feminine power and radiance, supporting them in embodying their divine feminine energies.
Since 2020, Monica has been leading transformative women's circles, recognizing the profound healing and growth that arises through sisterhood and collective support.

My name is Myla Majuery and I am an Osteopathic Manual Practitioner. I’ve always had a passion for helping people which led me to Osteopathy. I recently graduated from a 4 year intensive program at the Canadian Academy of Osteopathy (M.OMSc) where I learned principles-based osteopathy. I am part of the OOA/OSTCAN. Treatments are reimbursable for those who have health benefit coverage through your employer. I strive to provide a welcoming atmosphere for all the patients to have their health concerns heard.
The foundation of an osteopathic treatment is the interrelationship between anatomy and physiology, the structure and the function of the human body. When the structure is free of restriction the body can self-heal and self-regulate as it was designed to. Osteopathy aims to restore the body's mechanics, nerve impulses and circulation in order to nourish all tissues of the body for optimal health. Osteopathic manual practitioners use their in-depth knowledge of anatomy, physiology and a wide-rage of manual techniques based on the principles of osteopathy. Practitioners search for the “why” of the dysfunction, treating people and not just symptoms, therefore osteopathy helps with an extremely wide-range of issues.
Osteopathic treatments are 30 minutes in length. Common concerns people seek osteopathic treatment for acute or chronic musculoskeletal injuries, visceral disorders and discomforts, pre & post operative rehabilitation, pregnancy & postpartum preparation and recovery, as well as maintenance of overall health and injury prevention.
