Not quite ready yet for the FULL SomatiQ Breathwork experience but are looking for a way to stick a toe into your healing? Feeling stressed out? Burnt Out? On overdrive? OR just looking for relaxation? The SomatiQ Reset is a new method of the SomatiQ Breathwork but is a shortened version with a focus on Relaxation and connecting you to the parasympathetic nervous system. Our Rest and Digest system. These sessions are 30-45 minutes and the focus is on regulating your nervous system, reducing stress, connecting to your body, and relaxing. It is a time to Reset, Restore and Relax. You can add on sound healing if you so choose to have a full-hour experience.
